After learning the building business Jay obtained his Real Estate license in 1986. Since then Jay has sold and built in almost every type of market. With a career volume of over 100 Million Dollars in Sales Jay has the experience to help you with your Real Estate and Building needs. Jay is also a member the National Association of Home Builders and the Outer Banks Home Builders Association. Jay is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing.
